Outreach Community Project Aberdeen:

Inspire’s Outreach Community Project (formerly known as Community Living Project) opened in 1990 as a service for eight people in single person flats. Since then, the service has developed and grown considerably, whilst continuing to maintain key workers and an on-call service allowing us to meet the varying needs of the individuals we support.

The service is provided on a one-to-one basis in a variety of settings including: people in their own tenancies and extra one-to-one support for individuals who continue to live with their families. We support people through a variety of funding streams, please contact us for further details.

The combination of person centred approaches and supported living principles has empowered many people to develop their priorities, and lead increasingly independent lifestyles.
